Azure Backup
Data backup and recovery from the Microsoft Azure cloud are made easy, secure, and affordable with the help of the Azure Backup service. Azure Backup is a pay-as-you-go cloud backup service that can be used to safeguard your workloads deployed across multiple clouds, including Azure, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud installations. Launched in October 2015, Microsoft released the first version of the Microsoft Azure Backup Server. It has its headquarters in the United States.
On-premises data can be cloud-backed up using Azure Backup. Information is kept in an encrypted format. Data is initially encrypted by the backup agent before being transmitted over the network to the Azure storage location. The backup agent is installed on the machine. Your data is entirely protected and secured. Modern programs can be built, tested, and deployed using an agile and scalable cloud computing platform like Microsoft Azure. Your on-premises resources can be easily backed up to the cloud with Azure Backup. Azure Backup offers independent and isolated backups to prevent unintentional data deletion. Backups are kept in a Recovery Services vault with integrated recovery point management.
