If you have submitted a review and it is still not visible because
1. Awaiting team approval

We think reviews of software ought to be based on the real usage of the product. Watching a product demo is not the same as really using the product, hence we will disable any reviews that are determined to be based on watched product demos. A demo that has been viewed, however, is not treated the same way as testing a product out for free. A free trial does include getting your hands dirty. You may review a piece of software if you used it during a free trial period, but you must note this on the review form.

If it has been longer than 2 weeks since you submitted your review, you can presume that either our QA teams were unable to verify your identity or that your review did not match our requirements for publishing.
