SVG Support
The open source software SVG Support has been developed with Benbodhi being the major contributor. He has been a member since 2012 and he’s also a translation contributor apart from being a passionate plugin developer. Benbodhi has also been a major contributor in the development of the plugin Admin Toolbar Menus.
With SVG Support, it’s possible to upload SVG files to the media library safely and then use them like other images. Of late, Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) has become common in web designing. With these, it’s possible to images of small file sizes that can be scaled to any visual size with no loss of quality. Apart from providing SVG Support, this plugin allows the easy embedding of a full SVG file’s code with a simple IMG tag.
The addition of the class “stlye-svg” to the IMG elements allows the dynamic replacement of any IMG elements containing an SVG in the src found inside the target class with the complete SVG code rendering it inline. It helps the styling and animation of the SVG elements.
