Flamingo
All communications sent through contact forms are saved by Flamingo in the database. The same person who built Contact Form 7 also produced the free WordPress plugin Flamingo. Originally developed for Contact Form 7, which doesn’t save submitted messages, Flamingo is a message storage plugin. You may discover Flamingo in the WordPress admin panel menu after activating the plugin. There, all messages sent via contact forms are listed and searchable. You no longer have to be concerned about missing crucial communications as a result of mail server problems or incorrect mail setup thanks to Flamingo.
Flamingo and Contact form 7 work together without any configuration. You can view, delete, and export form submissions to CSV with the Flamingo Contact Form 7 add-on. You can manually import the produced CSV file into other programs to add the users as subscribers for the mailing list, lead managers on CRM, etc. In the database on the server that hosts the website, this plugin keeps submission data obtained through contact forms, which may include the submitters’ private information.
