Elliot Condon, Brad Touesnard and Delicious Brains Inc. have contributed to the development of Advanced Custom Fields. Condon has created many websites and web-apps apart from contributing to the development of Advanced Custom Fields. He has been a member since 2010. Touesnard is the developer and host of the Apply Filters Podcast and also the founder of Delicious Brains, the company that gave WP Migrate DB Pro. He is a member since 2006. Delicious Brains itself has been a member since 2015.
By providing tools to do more with data, Advanced Custom Fields helps convert WordPress sites into full-fledged content management systems. It helps take complete control of the WordPress edit screens and custom field data. By clicking only on a few buttons, the field builder allows the easy and quick addition of fields to WP edit screens. The fields can be added anywhere on WP including posts, media, comments, custom option pages, etc. The user-friendly functions help load and display the custom field values in any of the theme template files.
