Things started in 2009 as training classes for students in PHP/MySQL. It was not until 2011 that Pankaj and Neeraj Agarwal, the founders, decided to use their knowledge and experience for something more substantial. 'Colorway,' the first theme, was launched in mid-2011, which achieved massive success in only a year. The team at Pabbly realized from customer feedback that form-builder software was needed. This brought about FormGet. Then in 2014, Pabbly developed SaaS-based software-MailGet. In 2018, the company launched Pabbly Subscriptions to help customers deal with their subscription and billing needs. Thus, came into being three products- Pabbly Form Builder, Pabbly Email Marketing, and Pabbly Subscription Billing.

Overall: For those with simple needs looking to personalize and automate features related to their business advertising campaigns, Pabbly can be a decent choice. Being user-friendly, even a layman can use the service to customize his correspondences with relative ease. It's also priced reasonably. However, the ease of use is somewhat due to Pabbly Email Marketing being low on features, which can be a handicap for those with more complex business needs. Despite that, Pabbly still remains a top email marketing tool on offer in the market.

  • Drag and drop builder
  • Marketing automation workflow
  • Allows connection to more than 50 external SMTPs through its in-built delivery engine
  • Handles bounce mails and spam complaints from multiple SMTPs
CONS:
  • You can't send emails during the free trial
  • Strictly against high bounce rates
  • The subscription forms come only after payment of an add-on fee
